INTRODUCTION

The following sections explain the rules which govern all transactions that are effected through this Bingo Entertainment Ltd website. Please read the terms carefully and ensure that you understand them fully, before agreeing to be bound by them.

By using and/or visiting any section (including sub-domains) of the this website or any other websites or applications that we own (the “Website”) and/or registering on the Website, you agree to be bound by (i) these Terms and Conditions; (ii) our Privacy Policy; and (iii) the Rules applicable to our gaming products and are deemed to have accepted and understood all the Terms.

Please read the Terms carefully and if you do not accept the Terms, do not use the Website.

In order to play games on a Bingo Entertainment website, you will be required to register. Once registered and subject to satisfying verification, you can play the games. These terms and conditions will apply.

Games on the website are operated by Bingo Entertainment Ltd, a company registered in UK with company number 7792656 and whose registered office is 11 Church Road, Great Bookham, Surrey. In these terms and conditions “Bingo Entertainment”, “we” and “us” are Bingo Entertainment Ltd.

General terms and conditions

1. Definitions

1.1 The Games

Pay to play games meeting the regulatory requirements of the UK Gambling Commissioner.

1.2 Player

A person who pays to enter one of the Games – also known as the ‘Wagerer’.

1.3 Prizes

Money, Bonuses or Goods won by a Player (also referred to as ‘Winnings’)

A jackpot whose pay-out is incrementally increased every time a game is played.

1.6 Stake

The payment wagered to enter one of the paid for Games – also referred to as a ‘Bet’.

2. Registrations

2.1 Under-18s

You must be at least 18 years old in order to register and play any of the games on Bingo Entertainment. We are bound by regulations to request and verify your age. In instances where we suspect you maybe under 18, your account will be suspended pending investigation. We reserve the right to void and return any stakes placed by minors as well as remove anyone in chat whom we suspect maybe under age.

If age verification can not be completed within 72 hours of applying to register an online account and depositing money, a. your account will be frozen, meaning that you will be unable to use it to gamble, until your identity has been verified. b. no further gambling will be permitted until age verification has been successfully completed. c. if on completion of age verification the customer is shown to be underage, we return to the customer any money paid in respect of the use of the gambling facilities, but no winnings shall be paid.

You must personally register your own account and should not register for anyone else or disclose your log in details to anyone. To play the pay to play games you are required to enter payment details securely. You must only make deposits and withdrawals using your own registered payment method.

2.2 International Activity

Some countries prohibit some or all of the forms of gambling available on this site. Bingo Entertainment does not intend that persons located in a jurisdiction in which such registration and/or playing any of the games is unlawful or contrary to any applicable regulation at the time of registration should play the games. It is your responsibility to ensure that this is not the case; participation in the games is void wherever prohibited by any applicable law.

Bingo Entertainment cannot open accounts, or process bets or financial transactions, for individuals residing in American Samoa, Belgium, Cyprus, East Timor, France, Greece, Guam, Indonesia, Israel, Italy, Malaysia, Netherlands, Russia, Singapore, Spain, Turkey, Ukraine, United States Minor Outlying Islands, United States of America , US Virgin Islands and Zaire. Bingo Entertainment reserves the right to amend the list of countries from which it will not open accounts, or process bets or financial transactions from time to time at its sole direction.

2.3 Identification

In accordance with the legislation laid out by the Gambling Commission, we may use the information you have given us, or we already hold about you, or which we receive from any enquiry we may make with agencies to confirm your identity. The process enables us to open accounts quickly whilst verifying your age and identity and assists in fraud prevention. We will check any details you disclose against any databases (public or private) to which we have access and will keep a record of that check.

We will also retain your personal information and may use it in the future to assist other companies with identity verification. You agree that we may process, use, record and disclose personal information, which you provide in connection with your registration, and that such personal data may be recorded by the credit reference agencies or us.

2.4 Security

We reserve the right to suspend your account at any time. On certain occasions we may request you to provide us with copies of proof of identity to fully verify your account. If we believe your account has been involved in fraudulent activity at any time your account will be terminated.

2.5 Personal Identification Password

On registration you are assigned a unique User ID along with your own choice of password. It is your responsibility to ensure you do not reveal your User ID and/or Password to anyone else. You are responsible for any stakes placed where your User ID and Password have been correctly entered.

2.6 Forgotten Password

Should you have forgotten your password or suspect that someone else has learned of your unique User ID, please contact our Customer Service team immediately.

2.7 Refusal of Registration

We reserve the right to suspend or close your account and refund any balance of your account without further explanation. In this instance any outstanding credits will be honoured.

2.8 Entering Card Details

You are required to register a credit/debit card to your account in order to commence gaming. The credit/debit card you use for your first deposit will become the registered credit/debit card for your account and will be used for future deposits and withdrawals. Subsequent deposits will require you to only enter the amount you wish to deposit and the same card details that were registered to your account will be used to take the payment. Please note that for security reasons Bingo Entertainment does not store your card details in a retrievable format.

Card details are stored using a secure one-way encryption algorithm, which means that the original details cannot be obtained from the encrypted data. The actual card details are held securely by our approved payment provider, which allows us to enable you to process future transactions without the need to re-enter your card details. If you need to change your registered card details (for example, you may have a new card number) then you can do this in the account area or you can contact Customer Services. MasterCard users should also note that withdrawals to a MasterCard are not permitted, so any withdrawals you wish to make can only be paid by Bank Wire transfer.

2.9 Secure Communications

When you send confidential personal account data (including credit/debit card details) to us, we require that a “secure session” be established first using Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology. This means that data passed back and forth between your computer and our systems is secured using public key cryptography. Your computer exchanges key information with our servers to create a private conversation that only your computer and our servers can understand. Our links with our payment gateway uses the same technology to transmit any payment information securely. They in turn have secure encrypted links between themselves and all of the major banks to allow the payment to be processed.

Bingo Entertainment employees do NOT have access to your full credit/debit card details.

2.10 One Account Per Player

It is the intention of Bingo Entertainment that an individual should have a maximum of one account with any Bingo Entertainment site. Bingo Entertainment prohibits individuals from opening more than one account per individual site.

2.11 Player Responsibility

It is the players’ responsibility to keep your personal details private at all times. Players are responsible for all gaming transactions actioned through their account where all personal details have been correct when entered by the person placing the wager. You should also log out when you have finished playing.

2.12 Updating Card Details

Account holders are also responsible for keeping accurate details provided at registration up to date. You can access and amend your own individual account information by clicking on “Account”, then “Update Card Details” in the “My Account” area of the site. If you have any questions please contact our Customer Services, who will be pleased to help you.

Account holders are responsible for all gaming transactions actioned through their account where the person wagering has entered the correct user name, password and personal question details. Account holders should not under any circumstances divulge their password or account details to any third party. Where an account holder has reason to believe that a third party may be in possession of their password and/or account details, the account holder is responsible for contacting Bingo Entertainment immediately to register a replacement password. The account holder should do this by emailing support@bingoentertainment.net or by visiting our online customer support 10:00am – 10:00pm GMT, 7 days a week.

2.13 Interest On Player Account Funds

Interest will not be payable on monies held in customer accounts as these are deemed to be advance payments for intended wagering.

2.14 Dormant Accounts

For the purposes of these Terms and Conditions, your account will be deemed to be a “Dormant Account” where:

(a) you have not used your account; or

(b) you have not logged in to your account; or

  1. you have not made any deposits or withdrawals in or from your account; or
  1. your account has been suspended by us for investigation or illegal or improper activity and such investigation has not progressed,

in each case for a continuous period of 12 months or more.

In such instances, we will endeavour to contact you using the contact details you have provided on registration (or such details as have subsequently been notified by you) to inform you of any funds remaining in your inactive account and to return such balance to you. You are solely responsible for keeping your registration and contact details up to date, and agree that we cannot be liable for any failure on your part to provide us with up to date and correct contact details.

2.14.1 A Dormant Account will be charged an administration fee of £2.50 per month (or, should the account balance be under £2.50, an amount equal to the remaining balance) until the account balance is zero. The fee shall be deducted within 10 working days of the end of each month.

2.14.2 These charges shall be payable in respect of any Dormant Account until the earlier of (i) the account being reactivated by you using the account or (ii) the account balance being reduced to nil.

2.14.3 If a Dormant Account remains without activity for a further period of twelve (12) consecutive calendar months, we may charge a handling fee of £10 which will be deducted from any remaining balance and the account will be closed. The remaining amount of cash held in the account (if any) at the time of such closure will be donated to a charity of our choice.

2.15 Funds, Interest and charges

2.15.1 Segregation of Funds

We are required by our licence to inform customers about what happens to funds which we hold on account for you, and the extent to which funds are protected in the event of insolvency.

We hold customer funds separate from company funds in in a separate segregated bank account and in reserve funds which we hold with our payment processors. These funds are not protected in the event of insolvency.

This meets the Gambling Commission’s requirements for the segregation of customer funds at the level: basic segregation. (Click here for more details)

Bingo Entertainment have created a Customer Deposit Account to segregate Deposits received from the players via the various Payment Methods, however, the Deposits may not be protected in the event of Bingo Entertainment entering into administration. Deposits are first maintained as part of the float in the various Payment Methods. From time to time (normally once a week), any excess funds held in the float are transferred from the respective Payment Methods to the Customer Deposit Account. Sufficient funds are maintained in the Payment Method float as well as the Customer Deposit Account to ensure that Bingo Entertainment is able to meet Withdrawals. Deposits are segregated from Bingo Entertainment’s corporate fund accounts and Deposits are only transferred from the Customer Deposit Account to the corporate fund accounts when the aggregated balances in the various Payment Method’s float and Customer Deposit Account are more than the aggregate of the players’ outstanding balances in Player Accounts. The amount transferred is limited to an amount such that there are always sufficient funds in the various Payment Methods and the Customer Deposit Account to meet the players’ Withdrawals in the event that they withdraw all of their funds from their Player Accounts. Internal Controls are put in place to ensure the Deposits are properly accounted for including monthly reconciliations between the total of Payment Methods and the total of all the individual Player Account balances as well as independent review of the operation of the Payment Methods by both internal and external auditors. There are no set off arrangements in place in relation to the operation of the Payment Methods, Customer Deposit Account and the Players’ Accounts. Further, the Customer Deposit Account has not been used as security for any liabilities of the company.

2.15.2 Interest and Charges

Deposits on your account shall not attract any interest payments. All such deposits will be treated as advanced payment for intended wagering on the Website. We reserve the right to make a charge directly on your account in respect of deposits or withdrawals which we believe have been made for purposes primarily associated with reasons other than gaming on the Website. If we suspect you have made deposits and/or withdrawals to and from your account in order to obtain goods or services from a third party (such as Air Miles), without a commensurate use of the Website Service, we reserve the right to charge a 5% handling fee, to be deducted from the withdrawal to cover our administration time and all bank charges associated with the relevant deposits.

3. Your Account

3.1 Deposit Methods

You can deposit money into your account to play the Games using VISA/MasterCard credit/debit cards, Switch/ Maestro, Visa Delta, Visa Electron, Ukash, Click and Buy, Skrill and Moneybookers. ‘Bingo Entertainment’ will appear as a reference on your card statement.

3.2 Minimum Deposit

The minimum account deposit is £10.00 and must be made by using a valid payment method. The maximum deposit is £500.00 in any 24 hour period.

3.3 First Money Match Bonus

  • Players are offered a 350% Bingo Entertainment match bonus on their first deposit up to a maximum of £250.00.
  • Bonus funds can never be withdrawn.
  • Bonus funds can be used to play all Bingo Entertainment bingo games except casino style games.
  • Any unused bonus will be forfeit on closure of an account.
  • This offer is only available to new players who make a deposit.
  • This offer is awarded on a player’s first deposit only.
  • The players MUST accept the bonus while making first deposit.
  • This promotion is restricted to one per Bingo Entertainment account.
  • Cash in your account is always used first, then bonus funds.
  • Any un-used Bonus funds will be forfeited on any withdrawal and on closure of account.
  • The Promoter reserves the right to refuse any offer to any player for any reason, or to withdraw an offer at any time. No correspondence will be entered into.

3.4 Reload Terms And Conditions

  • Existing players are offered up to a 250% Reload Bonus.
  • Reload Bonus funds can be used to play all Bingo Entertainment bingo games except casino style games.
  • Reload Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn and are subject to the standard bonus withdrawal terms.
  • Any un-used Bonus funds will be forfeited on any withdrawal and on closure of account.
  • The Reload bonus is restricted to one Bingo Entertainment account.
  • Bingo Entertainment reserves the right to refuse or withdraw any offer to any player for any reason at any time. No correspondence will be entered into.

3.5 Credit errors

If you notice that any sum has been incorrectly credited to your account, you must notify us immediately. We shall be entitled to reverse any such credits and/or recover those sums from you if they have been withdrawn. If any sums credited in error have been used by you to place further wagers, we can cancel those subsequent wagers and reverse any winnings. We may at any time set off any amount on deposit in your account against any amounts owed by you to us.

4. Winnings

4.1 Winnings

Winnings will be immediately transferred to your account. From the homepage click “My account” then click on “Withdraw funds” and follow the on-screen instructions. To comply with regulations, we are required to confirm proof of identity and you are required to provide TWO of any of the following documents with at least ONE stating current residential address as used to register the account:

  • Passport
  • Driving Licence
  • Header of a bank/credit card statement*
  • Header of a utility bill (gas, electricity, water, landline phone, council tax)*
  • Letter from Inland Revenue/DSS/DWP*

* Documents must be dated within the last 4 months unless you are providing an annual statement.

From Bingo Entertainment, click on the “Withdraw” option located in “Your Account” and complete the requested details. Please note withdrawals to Maestro/MasterCard Credit will be remitted by Bank Wire only. Also please note that withdrawal requests over £1,000 can only be remitted by Bank Wire.

4.2 Publication Of Winnings

We promote winnings paid out to players as part of our promotional efforts. Publicised winnings are for all winnings paid unless otherwise stated.

4.3 Big Winner Promotional Information

Winners on the site grant Bingo Entertainment irrevocable right but not obligation to use and publish their proper name and town online and in print, any other media or our promotional agencies to use your details without compensation unless prohibited by law.

Winners may be required to submit valid identification before receiving their prize.

5. Withdrawals

5.1 Payment Requests

Requests for payment can only be made to your active payment method; either debit/credit card payment, or one of our approve payment processors. To change your active payment method you must be making a deposit and have less than £2.00 in your Bingo Entertainment account balance. Bingo Entertainment reserves the right to choose a preferred payment method and to refuse payment if a person claiming payment is unable to provide evidence proving their eligibility as the named account holder and are authorised to use the credit/debit card or the approved payment processor paid for the winning ticket.

5.2 Minimum Withdrawals

The minimum withdrawal from a player’s account is £30 unless a player is closing their account. If a player is closing their account they can request the remaining balance to be paid across to them.

5.3 Withdrawals From Debit Card Accounts

For debit card accounts payment will be made to your card within the normal banking cycle (usually 3-5 working days). For larger transactions we reserve the right to ask you to provide us with copies of proof of identity before a repayment can be made, any withdrawals over £1,000 can only be remitted by Bank Wire transfer. If we require proof of identity, an email will be automatically sent to you upon your withdrawal confirming acceptable forms of identification, which are:

  • Valid Passport
  • Valid Driving Licence
  • Header of a bank/credit card statement*
  • Header of a utility bill (gas, electricity, water, phone, council tax)*
  • Letter from Inland Revenue/DSS/DWP*

* Documents must be dated within the last 4 months unless you are providing an annual statement.

5.4 Withdrawals From Credit Card Accounts

For most credit card accounts, payment will be made to your card within the normal banking cycle (usually 3-5 working days).Note if you use a MasterCard we are unable to repay to some cards due to card scheme rules. Funds will be paid by Bank Wire transfer. For larger transactions we reserve the right to ask you to provide us with copies of proof of identity before a payment to your card can be made. The maximum single withdrawal to card is £1,000, any amounts over this can only be remitted by Bank Wire transfer. 5.5 Maximum Withdrawals

There is no limit to the amount you can withdraw but there is a maximum amount that can be withdrawn. That is £2,000 (or the equivalent amount in USD, AUD, CAD or EURO currency) per month. If a withdrawal is above £2,000 (or the equivalent amount in USD, AUD, CAD or EURO currency) the remaining balance will be placed back to the players account to be withdrawn the following month.

5.6 Bank Wire Transfer Fees

For withdrawal amounts below £250 (or the equivalent amount in USD, AUD, CAD or EURO currency), the bank wire transfer charges are borne by the recipient.

5.7 Changes To Your Personal Details

Account holders are also responsible for keeping accurate details provided at registration up to date. You can access and amend your own individual account information by clicking on “My Account Details” in the “My Account” area of the site. Should you change your surname and/or address you must provide proof of such change before any account details can be updated.

5.8 Changes To Your Banking Details

If any part of your debit or credit card number changes, including the issue number (where applicable) and expiry date, it is your responsibility to inform us immediately. Failure to do so may result in transactions being declined by your bank, building society or credit card company. We will not accept any liability or responsibility for transactions that are declined as a result of incorrect bankcard details where you have failed to provide us with the changes to your details. Should your debit or credit card be lost or stolen, please contact the customer support team immediately.

5.9 Bonus Money

When making a withdrawal you will lose any bonus funds held in your account or bonus bank.

6. Voiding stakes/account

6.1 Stakes Declared Void

In any circumstances where a stake is deemed to be or is declared void under these terms, any sum deducted from your account in respect of that stake shall be credited to your Bingo Entertainment account.

6.2 Closing Player Accounts

We reserve the right to close an account at any time without explanation. Unused advance payments will be refunded to account holders. It is agreed by the Customer that charging back any deposited funds shall be considered a breach of this agreement and entitles us to close their account and terminate our relationship.

6.3 Suspicious Card Transactions

If we determine or suspect that a transaction is suspicious and involves or may involve financial crime or similar activity, Bingo Entertainment reserves the right to retain the amount of that transaction and any other transaction made by you. We shall be under no obligation to provide you with any reasons for so doing.

6.4 Automatic Game Playing / Manipulation Of Software

Automatic playing of Games by software or any other manipulation of the Games or your/another Player’s account data may result in termination of your membership, deletion of all associated accounts, and the cancellation of any outstanding prizes and deposits. Players that violate this policy will not be eligible for reinstatement under different screen names until further notice.

Players and visitors to the Bingo Entertainment website accept that any tampering by way of, hacking, use of viruses, manipulation of data, use of insider knowledge, or any other method of cheating is a material breach of the Terms and Conditions. Bingo Entertainment Ltd retains full rights to recover both, any gains made by person(s) in material breach of the above, as well as any other direct, indirect or consequential losses.

7. Fair play

Should we decide to waive a rule in the interest of fair play to you, it will not set any precedent for the future.

7.1 Loss Of Connectivity To Gaming System

If, for any reason, an individual player loses their connection to the game server then the system will include their purchase in the game as normal and any prizes due will be paid into their Bingo Entertainment account. This will have no effect on the outcome of the game.

7.2 Malfunction

A malfunction during play voids all pays and plays, but a malfunction after the game has finished will result in the prizes being honoured.

7.3 Game Recovery

If your connection to a Bingo game is lost for whatever reason, e.g. internet connection problems, quitting by clicking on the X, you can still go back into Bingo and resume your participation. If you join before the game has begun, you will see the same tickets/strips as before and you will have the option to purchase, if time permits. If you join a game whilst it is in progress and you have already purchased tickets for that game, the game will resume at the current number being called, your purchased tickets will be retrieved and you will be able to watch the remainder of the game being played out. If you are disconnected while a game is in progress, you can still see the results in Bet History after completion of the game. When you re-login to bingo, if a game is already in progress and you have not purchased tickets for that game, you will see this being played out, and will also have the option to move to the next game and purchase tickets if you wish. In the event of a Bingo or Mini Game not playing out for whatever reason, malfunction will void all pays and play.

8. Payouts

8.1 Payout Rates

We reserve the right, at our discretion, to make changes to the payout rates applying to all Bingo Entertainment games.

8.2 Refusal Of Stakes

We reserve the right to refuse the whole or part of any stake without explanation. Bingo Entertainment reserves the right to verify the eligibility of any winner before payment is made and we reserve the right to refuse payment to any player who violates the full terms and conditions.

If as a result of hardware or software error of any kind, there are more wining claims than budgeted for, Bingo Entertainment reserves the right to award the budget prizes by means of a random prize draw among valid claimants.

8.3 Bonus Money

Bonus money contributes only 75% to the game prize pool on any bingo game that allows bonus money to be used. Players using bonus money can still qualify to win prizes shown on the board including jackpots when playing with bonus money. Bonus Money cannot be withdrawn under any circumstances and any bonus money in an account during a cash withdrawal will be forfeited.

By entering your User Information, you accept that we may retain your User Information and that it may be held by us or any third party company that processes it on our behalf.

  3. Transfers to third parties as required; and
  4. Any requirements imposed by operational law.

We are not responsible for any actions or policies of any third parties who request your User information and Users should check the applicable privacy policy of such third parties.

9.5 Communication With Players

By registering on Bingo Entertainment you do not object to us contacting you for any of the above purposes whether by telephone, e-mail, fax or in writing. You confirm that you do not and will not consider any of the above as being a breach of your rights under the UK Telecommunications (Data Protection and Privacy) Regulations 1999.

We may inform you (by email, phone, text message, mail or otherwise) about products and services that we consider may be of interest to you. You can choose not to receive emails by opting out at anytime via the opt out link at the bottom of the email. 9.6 Cookies

You should be aware that information and data might be automatically collected through the use of Cookies. “Cookies” are small text files that store basic information that a website can use to recognise repeat site visits and as an example, re-call your name if this has been previously supplied. We may use this to observe behaviour and compile aggregate data in order to improve the Sites, target the advertising and assess general effectiveness of such advertising.

Cookies do not attach to your system and damage your files. 10. Our Liability

10.1

10.2 Card Liability

We do not accept liability for damages which may be caused by the interception or misuse of Players’ credit card details on the internet, unless stated to the contrary on the operator’s website pages. 11. Legal

11.1 Age Policy

12. Complaints Procedure

12.1

If any provision of the Game Rules proves to be illegal or unenforceable, this shall not prevent the remaining provisions continuing in full force and effect.

Should there be any claim or dispute arising from a past or current transaction, please Contact Us. If Bingo Entertainment is unable to settle the dispute, Bingo Entertainment will refer the dispute to eCOGRA, whose decision will be final (save in respect of any manifest error) subject to full representation given to all parties involved. No dispute regarding any wager will result in litigation, court action or objection to our licence or permit (including any remote operator’s licence or personal licence) unless Bingo Entertainment fails to implement the decision given by arbitration.

12.2 How To Complain:

We are committed to ensuring that every client who uses our services is 100% happy with the service they receive and we pride ourselves on the fact that we have very few complaints.

However, there are of course occasions when customers are unhappy and we are committed to dealing with these issues quickly and fairly.

Initial complaint

All our live support staff have received training and are capable of accessing a customers full wagering history and hopeful in answering a customers initial enquiry. We find that virtually all disputes are resolved at this stage.

Secondary complaint

If the customer is unable to reach a satisfactory solution to their complaint at the initial stage, they can ask for their query to be escalated to a senior supervisor or send a written complain by email to complaints@bingoentertainment.com or by post to our Administration Office:

Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR)

UK resident customers who are still unhappy with the solution offered by senior management can contact eCOGRA. Once a customer submits their complaint to eCOGRA, they will ask us to provide any relevant information. The dispute will then be put in front of an independent panel of experts who will make a ruling. Bingo Entertainment will always abide by a decision made by eCOGRA.  The details for eCOGRA are given below. Please note that eCOGRA need the customer to have already contacted the Customer Services Team before they will look at the complaint.

13. Setting your own daily and monthly limits

13.1

  • Players are able to set their own daily and monthly deposit limits.
  • To do this simply log in and go to ‘My Account’, and then click on ‘Responsible Gambling’.
  • Daily Limits – minimum you can set is £10.00 – Maximum you can set is £500.00
  • Monthly Limits – minimum you can set is £10.00 – Maximum you can set is £2500.00
  • If you increase your limits this will take 24 hours to come into effect. If, however, you have locked your limit into place, you will not be able to increase your limit until the lock period has elapsed.
  • If you decrease your limits they will immediately come into effect.
  • We endeavour to ensure players cannot deposit more money than the limit they set but we will not reimburse any player who for technical reasons are able to spend more than their limit.

 

14. Self Exclusion

14.1

At Bingo Entertainment, we want everyone to enjoy playing our games. However we do recognise that a very small number of players would wish to restrict or even cease playing. We therefore provide a self exclusion facility that allows players to close their account for a period of 6 months, 12 months or up to 5 years during which time it will not be possible for the account to be re-opened for any reason. You can also request to close your account permanently.

To do this simply log in and go to ‘My Account’, and then click on ‘Responsible Gambling’. When choosing the 6 month,12 month or 5 year self exclusion option, you will not qualify to receive any bonuses, or promotions we may offer during your self exclusion. You will also be self excluded from any emails or newsletters that we may send. If you choose to permanently exclude yourself from the site, this will be permanent and we would never reactivate your account for any reason.

Upon self-exclusion all future wagers, stage saved games, pre-purchased Bingo tickets, Loyalty Points, Bonus funds and entries in any promotions will be forfeited. We will not be able to reinstate these if the account is reopened after the self-exclusion period. All remaining balances less any active bonuses will be transferred to your bank card, bank account, paid by bank wire transfer or transferred to any other third party payment method which we make available.

14.2

During a self-exclusion agreement, we will employ reasonable automated checks to endeavour to ensure that you can no longer transact with Bingo Entertainment accounts. However, during your period of Self-Exclusion, you have an equal undertaking not to seek to circumvent the self-exclusion agreement by continuing to participate in gambling services via the Bingo Entertainment website. Please remember that if you inadvertently receive marketing material and continue to gamble, or you circumvent your agreement by, for example, continuing to gamble, opening and operating new accounts, and/or our automated checks and/or IT or software programs fail to recognise any attempt by you to circumvent your self-exclusion, we are under no obligation to return any deposits, winnings, or other funds in respect of such activity online.

14.3

Upon expiry of the self-exclusion period you may request to re-open a closed account by contacting our Customer Support team by phone on (0-800-088-5448) with the details of the account you wish to re-open. All requests to re-open a closed account will be reviewed by the Operator and if accepted access to the account will be given after a 24hr cooling off period.

14.4 Closing Accounts

You have the right to cancel and close your account and request payment of outstanding funds at any time. The Operator also reserves the right to temporarily suspend or permanently close your account (without assigning any reason). So long as you have complied with the foregoing obligations and the terms referred to in the terms and conditions, your outstanding funds, as recorded on the Operator’s systems, will be repaid to you. Closure of an account will automatically render any open games, pre-purchased Bingo tickets, Loyalty Points, Bonus funds and entries in any promotions void. We may not be able to reinstate these if the account is reopened. All remaining balances less any active bonuses will be transferred to your credit card, transferred to your bank account or paid by any other third party payment method which we make available. We will use all reasonable endeavours to ensure that you are removed from our promotional lists within 72 hours of your account being closed but we are not responsible if you receive any form of promotional correspondence beyond this point party.

14.5 How to Close your Account

You may instruct us to close your account at anytime by contacting our Customer Support team or by emailing support@bingoentertainment.net with the username or registered email details of the account you wish to close. Such termination shall occur within 1 hour after receipt by the Operator of your request and we will confirm the closure of your account by email. You accept that you shall remain responsible for any activity on your account between advising us of your notification and the termination of your account by the Operator. The Operator is not liable for the non receipt of any account closure requests.

14.6 Re-opening your Account

You may request to re-open a closed account by contacting our Customer Support team by phone on (0-800-088-5448) with the details of the account you wish to re-open. All requests to re-open a closed account will be reviewed by the Operator. Accounts closed as part of our self-exclusion or cool off policy cannot be re-opened for any reason until the self-exclusion or cool off time period has expired.

15. Cool off

15.1

You can also choose to use the cool off facility that allows you to stop playing from between 1 day – 4 weeks. Once the selected cool off period has passed you can then return to play. Go to ‘My Account’, and then click on ‘Responsible Gambling’ to see these options.

16. Bonus money

Bonus money will be credited to your Bingo Entertainment account and cannot be withdrawn. You can use bonus money to play our bingo games except casino style side games. If you have not deposited funds into your Bingo Entertainment account you will be unable to play our free game with bonus money. If your account is suspended you will not receive bonus funds.

  • Bonus money or Bonus Bucks (BB’s) are bonus credits given either on deposits, chat games, bonus codes or through special games.
  • They are playable but not redeemable;
  • Deposit BB’s apply to deposits of £10 and above;
  • BB’s given on deposits are always playable;
  • Playable BB’s can only be used to play the bingo games. All side games can be played with real cash only and not BB’s;
  • In order to receive certain bonuses, including chat bonuses, a customer’s account must be classified as “active for bonuses”. A customer’s account is considered “active for bonuses” if they have made a deposit within the last 30 days. All other accounts will be considered “inactive for bonuses” and will not eligible for any bonuses;
  • The cash and BB’s part of the credits can be seen at any time by moving the mouse pointer over the credits amount;

In order to protect the interest of the majority of our customers, the following rules apply to all bonuses.

  • Cash in a customers account is always used first, then bonus money.
  • There is no limit to the amount of Bonus money you can earn, however you can only use bonus money up to your Bonus Limit.
  • Your Bonus Limit is set at 250% of your deposits OR, if you make a withdrawal, 250% of your cash balance after your withdrawal. In effect, your Bonus Limit is reset each time you withdraw.
  • If you have reached your Bonus Limit, any additional Standard Bonuses you receive, will still be yours, but will be placed in your Bonus Bank.
  • In order to access bonus money that is held in your Bonus Bank, you must increase your Bonus Limit by making a deposit – your bonus limit will be increased by 250% the amount you deposit.
  • As you spend bonus money, your Bonus Limit will reduce by an equal amount.
  • Note that, when you withdraw cash, ALL loyalty points & ALL bonus money in your account and in your Bonus Bank is removed.
  • Accounts that have not been funded cannot request a withdrawal on any winnings won prior to the account being funded.
  • Prizes won on free games are awarded as playable bonuses equal to the stated value in the specific currency unless otherwise stated unless stated otherwise.
  • Upon withdrawal (min £30), ALL BBs and Loyalty Points are withdrawn regardless of amount and regardless of method acquired;
  • The BB’s bets contribution to the prize and jackpot is less than the cash bets. This means the more players using cash to play – the bigger the prize and jackpot;
  • An account must have been funded with real cash within the 30 days prior to a win and a withdrawal request for that win being received and the associated funds used to purchase bingo cards or wager in side games.
  • Player Accounts that have not been funded for 30 days or more are classed as “Inactive for withdrawals” and will need to complete our wagering requirements before any requested withdrawal of any winnings will be processed.
  • Players must be participating in the current bingo game to receive BB’s.
  • Players are sometimes given free cash bonuses in order to improve their online bingo experience. Players that try to manipulate the system in order to take advantage of these bonuses will have all their bonuses removed and their accounts disabled.

Any abuse of Bingo Entertainment by having multiple accounts and/or abuse of the withdrawal policy can and will result in all account’s being disabled and all winnings being held without notice.

17. Wagering Requirements

17.1 No Wagering Requirements in the following circumstances

Bingo Entertainment has no wagering requirements if an account has been funded within 30 days prior to a withdrawal request, which means players can request a withdrawal of any winnings as soon as they win and after a deposit. Minimum withdrawal is £30.

For example: a players deposits £10. They receive their 350% deposit bonus if it’s their first deposit. They have £45 to play with. While playing Bingo or any side game they win £500. They are able to withdraw their winnings without having to play/wager a certain amount of games/money.

17.2 Wagering Required in the following circumstances

  1. Accounts that have not been funded cannot request a withdrawal on any winnings won prior to the account being funded. If funding takes place after a win, the initial win amount won prior to funding must be wagered 15x before any withdrawal can take place.
  2. In order to avoid abuse of our free games and frequent free bonus offers, once a withdrawal has been processed, no further withdrawals can be requested until a further deposit has been made and part of that deposit has been used to purchase cards or used on side games. Amounts won prior to a further deposit and after a withdrawal has been processed will need to fulfil our 15x wagering requirement.

18. Chat room rules

18.1

Our aim here at Bingo Entertainment is to provide chat rooms where players can have fun as well as feeling safe in a friendly atmosphere. The Chat Room Rules

  • Have respect for the CM’s authority.
  • Players should not harass, slander, abuse or threaten CM’s or other players. See it – report it!!! support@bingoentertainment.net.
  • Players should not promote other websites or companies in the chat room.
  • No children – this site is for over 18s only.
  • Racist statements are strictly not allowed in any of our chat rooms and could result in your account being closed.
  • Sexual Content – Any chat of a sexual nature that may cause offence to others could result in the people being removed instantly from chat.
  • Drug Use Content – All promotion of drug related activities are not allowed in the rooms. However you are allowed to debate such a subject, providing it does not offend others.
  • Other forbidden chat – promotion of any illegal activities such as hacking, sex talk, stalking, gang activities are also deemed unacceptable and can result in being permanently removed from the site.
  • Maintain a friendly chat room by respecting others and by assisting and welcoming new chatters.
  • By using the chat room, you grant us a non-exclusive royalty-free license to use, display and transmit such information in any and all media without any duty to account to you as a player.
  • Don’t use capital letters in Chat – it is seen as SHOUTING.
  • Players who abuse the use of chat as a way of encouraging other players to add them as a play-mate, can have their chat facility removed.
  • Any player who harasses others in the chat rooms to add them as their play-mate can have their chat facility removed.
  • CM’s reserve the right to remove anyone from chat who continuously post negative comments about chat, the games, the site or other players.
  • A CM’s decision is final.
  • If a CM feels that the content of chat in unsuitable they have the power to remove them from the facility.

18.2 Chat Game Prizes

The CM will specify the rules and how to play at the start of the game. In addition, particular chat game rules and awards can be found by hovering with your mouse pointer over the current chat game in play located above the chat area.

The CM’s decision is final.

19. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms and Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with it or its subject matter, whether of a contractual or non-contractual nature, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.

By accepting these Terms and Conditions and/or placing wagers and/or making use (whether authorised or not) of the facilities offered by Bingo Entertainment (whether through the Website or otherwise), you irrevocably agree that the courts of England and Wales shall have exclusive jurisdiction to settle any dispute which may arise out of or in connection with these Terms and Conditions.
